Conditions

Our rates include the following services:

The prices are, per room per night including breakfast buffet with à la carte menu including statutory surcharges and taxes but excluding a local resort tax
We offer a € 30.00/night discount on double rooms booked for single occupancy.
Supplement of 150,00 € per person and night for the third and fourth occupants of a double room or suite.
Surchage for extended half-board (afternoon snack and 4-course dinner at the hotel restaurant) is 40,00 € per person and meal with pre booking, and 45,00 € on site.
A minimum stay applies over Christmas and New Year and during the “Hahnenkamm” race period.

Please enquire about chekcing out late (NB a chrage will be billed for this)

New Year's supplement:
During new year's week we reserve ourselves a price increase of approx. € 25,00 per person and day.

Tourist tax
€ 1.10 per adult (from 16 years on)/day. Subject to alteration!

Children’s discounts
We offer the following rates for children sharing their parents’
double room or suite:
0–3 years: free
3–15 years: € 70.00 per child per night

Children’s discounts are only available when sharing a room with
2 fully paying guests. There are no discounts for children staying in
separate rooms.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome with pre-booking. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the SPA area and in the hotel restaurant. In the Gourmetrestaurant "Petit Tirolia" we can allow one dog an evening: Please check when reserving a table there. Daily rate for dogs, including meals (dry dog food): € 25.00
