The following cancellation policy is valid starting from October 11th 2011. For previous made reservations the old policy is valid.
The in the general business terms mentioned cancellation policy is herby ruled out.
Silvester & Hahnenkamm Race as well as Promotion rates and some of our Packages do not fall under this rule. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy we send you when making a reservation for those periods of time.

Until 2 weeks prior to arrival: free of charge
2 to 1 week prior to arrival: 40 % of the total room charges
Until the day of arrival: 90 % of the total room charges
1 week until 3 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total room charges
Thereafter and no show: 100 % of the total room charges
The cancellation terms are valid for individual reservations only. For group bookings only the contracted terms and conditions apply.
